There are various ways to browse Samshek.com. You may explore our website by navigating the bar found at the top of every page. Simply click on the relevant section to open a drop-down menu, and then click on the links to visit our different categories.
If you are looking for a specific item, you may use our search box in order to find products by name, colour, category or style.
When you have made your selection, choose Samshék size or enter your personalised measurements and click on "add to bag". Once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit your shopping bag at the top right-hand corner of our screen and click on "Checkout" to be led through the checkout process. Orders can be cancelled for Ready to Wear garments excluding customised products within a period of 24 hours by providing email notification to customercare@samshek.com. An order which has been processed and ready to ship cannot be cancelled.
Due to the personalised nature of items that are being individually customised, Samshék is unable to accept returns, changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
On delivery, if any items are unsuitable and meet the Return Conditions, please follow the instructions in Return and Exchanges.
