In the case of the garment received has some issues with the fabric or damage of the product, Samshék will give 100% refund for the full purchase price of merchandise returned in its original condition with clothing tag and accompanied by the original invoice and packaging. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Return can be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Samshék reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
In the case of not best-fit size, the customer can return the garment within 7 days, resized garment will be given back without any extra cost.
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery.
An email has to be sent at firstname.lastname@example.org with the return/exchange details and the issue with the garment. Within 7 working days, Samshék will arrange a reverse pick up from the customer. In the case of exchange or size rectification, the garment will be delivered back to the customer within 15 days from the date of exchange request.
To return any purchased merchandise please use the free return label provided with each shipment.
