Refund Policy
Refund is applicable within 2 days from receiving the outfit by raising a request for refund/exchange from your account on www.samshek.com or sending an email to customercare@samshek.com. Refund will be processed to source account within 7-10 business days after receiving and checking the returned item. Refunds are only available on standard size items and not custom measurements item. Entering height along with standard sizes make it standard item and refunds are available on it. For exchanges please refer to below policy. No Returns or refunds on sale page Items, all sales are final on sale page items. COD charges or shipping fee are non refundable if any charged during your order.

  • A standard item with any instructions for changes in design make it a custom outfit and is only eligible for exchange.
  • A standard item with height mentioned in it is eligible for refunds and exchanges.
  • A  final Sale item from the sale page is not eligible for refunds or exchange at all. All sales in final sale page are final.
  • The COD amount of Rs150 is not refundable in case of refunds or exchange with lower/ higher value item.
  • A shipping charge of Rs150 will be deducted in case of  refund for prepaid orders as well.
  • A charge of Rs100 will be charged for exchange of any item will be incurred for processing exchange. Rs 250 will be charged for more than 2 items are exchanged





Return & Exchange Policy


Exchange is applicable within 7 days from receiving the outfit by raising a request for exchange from your account on www.samshek.com or sending an email to customercare@samshek.com. A new outfit can be exchanged or store credit can be given in place of previously ordered outfit once return pickup is done.

Exchange is not applicable on the following terms and conditions: The garment is torn, damaged or not in an acceptable condition. The garment provided was different to what it was ordered. In such cases the customer can send back the product and will be provided with the new exchanged product without any extra cost.

Custom orders can be altered or a same outfit in new size will be sent if any sizing issues are from the brand's side. 

Note: No refunds are provided by Samshék for custom orders and only exchange can be done for custom orders.


Do we charge any return shipping fee?
No return shipping fee is charged and returns can be generated for exchange or store credit by raising a request within the designated timeline. A request raised after expired timeline will not be considered.


Sizing issue:

Online:

In the case of not best-fit size, the customer can return the garment within 2 days, resized garment will be given back without any extra cost.

Note: If in any case the measurements provided by the customer were wrong, then the customer will bear the courier charges.


Store:

In the case of not best-fit size, the customer can return the garment to our, Samshék store from where it was purchased within 2 days, and the resized garment can be picked up without any extra cost. Note: Alteration period will, be minimum of 2 days.


How many days do I have to return a product?

Merchandise must be returned within 2 days of the date of delivery.


How do I return/exchange an item?

An email has to be sent at customercare@samshek.com with the return/exchange details and the issue with the garment. Within 72working days, Samshék will arrange a reverse pick up from the customer. In the case of exchange or size rectification, the garment will be delivered back to the customer within 15 days from the date of exchange request.


Who will provide the return shipping label?

To return any purchased merchandise please use the free return label provided with each shipment. If not received, please email at customercare@samshek.com for initiating the refund process. Samshék cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.
