What are available Payment Options?
We have all payment options available on our website such as Cash On Delivery (?150 extra charge on choosing COD), UPI, wallet, Net Banking, Debit and Credit Cards, Paytm, Gpay, Phonepe and many more options available.

Does any service fees is charged on choosing different payment methods?
A service fees of handling Cash on Delivery of ?150 is charged on all COD orders. All digital payments do not incur any service fee and may have additional discounts as well.


What is the delivery time for my order?

Shipping is only available in India for which the average delivery time from the TIME OF PAYMENT is upto 5 Business days

Samshék guarantees the delivery time except in situations, events or circumstances, outside of our control (the customer is not available, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, mistakes in the delivery information, legal procedures).

In India all orders are delivered Free with standard shipping (4 Business Days)

If Express Shipping (1 Business Day) is requested, charges may apply

 

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, all online purchases require an adult’s signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If there is still no one available to sign for the package, after 5 days with no communication, the package will be returned to sender.

 

How can I reorganise the delivery of my order?

If you already know that you will not be at home when the shipping company plans to deliver your parcel or if you were not at home when the shipping company tried to deliver your parcel, please directly contact the local office of the shipping or contact us customercare@samshek.com (reply within 24 hrs)

 

My order is missing an item, what should I do?

Please follow the steps below:

  • Log into your account
  • Go to your order history.
  • Request for customer help
  • We will contact you within the next 24 hours
  • After veryfing your case, we will place a new order

 

The following conditions apply for resends:

  • The support ticket must be opened within 7 days after receiving the order
  • If an accessory is missing, we will pay for the shipping costs
